Wednesday AM Forecast: Low Pressure pulls away finally, More unwanted precipitation on the way late week! and St. Patrick's Day Wx

 It's another unsettled, raw and chilly start to the day, We have clouds, and light rain in the South such as Yarmouth, we have light snow over Halifax and in the Valley and light rain/snow shower in Sydney.  We also have those gusty winds continuing in the south from the North-West blowing at 20+ knots, up to near 30 knots well off shore. Satellite Infrared shows a line of colder cloud tops ( higher clouds) These do show some signs of weakening, but can't rule out that we could see some heavier precipitation in the Valley's and near Yarmouth this morning.  Conditions SHOULD improve this afternoon!  As the upper level low pressure system finally continues onwards of moving further away offshore, we'll see clearing skies and the snow ending, however there could be some light flurries remaining this evening over Western and Northern NS.
